Introduction

Managing an organization is one of the most important challenges of current and future organizations; Because it is possible to direct the direction of the organization through the thinking and action of managers. One of the core competencies that make the organization successful is the intelligence of managers. Managers need to develop their intelligence at all levels so that they can perform their duties in a balanced and comprehensive way. In recent years, the concept of intelligence is not only considered a cognitive ability but has been expanded to other areas such as emotional intelligence, natural intelligence, existential intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and political intelligence. Hersey and Blanchard and management science experts consider the success of managers to be the key to the management of human resources under the manager's supervision. In line with the discussion of sports management and the application of political behavior on the organization and employees, political intelligence is one of the factors that should be taken into consideration. Political intelligence reveals a clear social agility in the concept of organizational settings that specifically governs the effect of behavior on work. Also, political intelligence includes the ability to create a good communication network that can create informal coalitions as well as formal coalitions. One of the most important types of intelligence is spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence enables managers to make strategic decisions in the complex and important environment of the current business world. Dana Zohar is the first person who propose the concept of spiritual intelligence. The model presented by him has made this concept usable in the business and organization environment by having scrutinized components. First, in 2000, using Eastern mysticism, he presented the model of spiritual intelligence in the form of a lotus flower with six petals, and then in 2004, he modified and introduced his model with 12 dimensions. Intelligence as a cognitive ability was proposed by Alfred Binet in the early 20th century. He also invented a test to measure people's IQ. In the last two decades, the concept of intelligence has expanded to other areas such as emotional intelligence, natural intelligence, existential intelligence, and spiritual intelligence. One of the fields that strongly requires strong political and spiritual intelligence is communication skills in organizations. In recent years, communication skills have been rightly considered the beating pulse of modern and new organizations. Communication skill connects the person with the environment convey the demands and needs of the environment to the organization and instill the goals of the organization to the environment. The communication skill of the biggest consultant and the biggest information organization is the management of organizations that cannot get information or with Faced with a lack of information, most of them have problems.
